Event and Party Rental Manager – We are looking for a qualified leader to take charge of our Event and Party Rental division. You will be responsible for booking our tent, table and chair rentals and overseeing their installations and routine upkeep. You will hire and lead a team of 2-3 tent installers to perform the installs and maintenance/cleaning of the equipment. The qualified candidate should have excellent organizational and communication skills. We are located in the fastest growing county in Ohio and the demand for party rentals is growing past our current capabilities. We need a leader who is ready to take on a challenge and grow with us.

Tent Install Crew – Get outside and enjoy the summer weather by making our customers party dreams a reality. In this position, you will be delivering and installing tents, tables and chairs for backyard parties, weddings, and corporate events. This position is full time with optional seasonal layoff in the winter. Seasonal overtime hours and flexible scheduling are part of the gig! Clean driving record and the ability to lift 50lbs are required. This position works directly for the Event and Party Rental Manager.

Shop Supervisor/Parts – This person is responsible for ensuring that all customer items flow through the shop in a timely manner (2 weeks or less) and that the customer is fully satisfied with the service we provide.  This person will create most of the work orders (service writer) and be the customers point of contact throughout the repair process.  Responsible for calling or emailing the customer with the initial repair estimate and also maintaining constant communication with each customer throughout the repair process.  This roll will order all special-order parts for customer and rental repairs as well as maintain a stock of parts in the parts room.  This person is also responsible for maintaining a clean and very organized parts room with correct location and price labels on all parts bins.  This person keeps up with price changes on stock parts and changes pricing in eagle browser as needed.  This roll also ensures accurate invoicing from the mechanics and makes sure that repaired units are picked up and paid for.    This person will also help in the shop doing repairs when the work flow is very high and needs to have a basic mechanical aptitude.
